3 oz dover sole1 beaten egg2 TBSP flour1/4 cup bread crumbs
Wash fish. Salt and pepper both sides. Dip in flour, beaten egg and bread crumbs. Bake at 350 about 15 to 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily.
