Lamb & lentil kofta burgers

Ingredients
150g cooked green lentils454g lamb mince100g onion chopped12g coriander3 large cloves garlic1 tsp I can't believe its not butter1 egg
Directions
Cook onion and garlic and leave to cool
Cook lentils and cool with cold water
Combine with mince, cumin, coriander powder, coriander leaves.
Use a 1/4 cup measurer to measure 10 burgers.
Brown on both sides then put in oven for 30 mins.

Serve with minted yogurt, cucumber & tomato in a toasted pitta bread.
