1-2-3 Blueberry Breakfast Cake

Ingredients
11/2 cup flour2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking sodapinch each salt and cinnamon1 unsalted stick1/2 cup sugar1/2 cup brown sugar2 large eggs1/2 cup buttermilk1 pint fresh blueberries
Directions
preheat oven to 375
butter a 7x11 baking pan. Wisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt, and cinnamon.

Using a mixer, beat the butter and sugars until smooth. Add eggs one at a time and beat for one minute. On low speed, mix in half of the flour mixture, the buttermilk, then the rest of the flour mixture. Gently stir in blueberries. Pour into baking pan.

Bake for about 45 minutes. Cool for 5 minutes, unmold, then cool right-side-up.
