Ingredients
1 cup tempeh, cubed1/4 cup soy mayonnaise1 Dill pickle, chopped1 stalk celery, finely chopped1/2 medium onion, chopped2 tbsp fresh parsley, minced2 tsp prepared mustard2 tsp Braggs or soy sauce1 garlic clove, crushed and minced
Directions
steam tempeh for 15 minutes on medium; cool
mix all ingredients together
makes 4 servings of about 1/2 cup

    What a great idea! That would save a lot of bread calories, because we have been making sandwiches with it. I crave it too!!
