Monkfish Tails with Spicy Cabbage

Ingredients
For the Monkfish: 250 grams Monfish (or any other white fish)Juice of 1 Lemon1 tsp Oregano2 tsbp Olive Oil1 Hot Chili Pepper seeded and slicedFor the Cabbage: 1 cup Fresh Cabbage chopped1 cup Fresh Red Cabbage chopped1 cup fresh Savoy Cabbage shreded1.5 cups onions chopped1 tbsp Mustard seeds1 tbsp Turmeric1 Hot Chili Pepper seeded and sliced50 grams Butter
Directions
Preparing the Fish:

Take the monkfish and season well with salt and pepper. Place it in a baking dish together with the lemon juice, chopped chili pepper and the olive oil. Leave to stand for 10mins. Cover with aluminum foil and then place in a hot oven for 15mins or until fish is cooked to your satisfaction.

Preparing the Cabbage:

While fish is cooking soften the onions with half the butter in a separate cooking pot. Add mustard seeds, chopped chili pepper and turmeric powder. Add cabbage with a little bit of water and cover the pot. Shimmer until cabbage is soft (about 15-20mins) and then add the remaining butter. Season to taste.
