Pan fried Tilapia

Ingredients
* Tilapia filet, 4 oz * Salt, 1 dash * Pepper, black, 1 dash * Flour, white, 0.1 cup * pam (1 spray), 1 serving * Curry powder, 0.25 tsp
Directions
Sprinkle Tilapia fillet with salt and pepper. Mix flour and curry powder together. Lightly coat fillet with flour mix. Cook fillet on medium heat in skillet for 5 mins on each side. Serve with rice.
