Kev's Pumpkin and Apple Bran Muffins

Ingredients
Whole Wheat Flour, 0.25 cupHermesetas or other powdered sweetener, 8 gram(s)Cereal, Bran, unprocessed, 40 gramProcessed Bran(e.g. All Bran), 40 gram(s)Baking Powder, 0.5 tsp Baking Soda, 0.5 tsp Milk, Skim, 1/4 cupButternut Squash/Pumpkin, cooked and mashed, 125 gramsApple Butter (Kev's Home made), 60 gram
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 350F (180C)
2. Combine all dry ingredients in bowl
3. Add pumpkin, apple and milk - mix well
4. Divide into muffin cups and bake for 20 minutes.

Best to let them cool in tin, and they will separate out of paper muffin cups best after at least 8 hours.

Makes 6 standard size muffins.
