Breakfast Protein Bar

Ingredients
2 med bananas mashed2 c oats1 tb mct oil1/4 c chopped walnuts4 scoops protein powder (30g/scoop) vanilla or chocolatewater
Directions
mash bananas, add water/oil/protein powder. Stir in nuts and oats. Mix together well, adding more water if needed. Should be doughy consistency. Bake @ 350 for 10 min

Makes 6 protein breakfast cookies

add stevia and cinnamon for more flavor
