Donkleberry Banana Zucchini Bread

1/3 c Sugar1/3 c Splenda1/4 c Margarine1 c Banana (approx 2 large bananas)1 2/3 c Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp Baking Soda1/4 tsp Baking Powder1/2 tsp Salt1 c Zucchini grated
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray your loaf pan and lightly cover with flour.
Beat together sugar, margarine and splenda. Add egg, mashed bananas. Mix dry ingredients together and pour into sugar mixture. Stir until just moist and then pour into loaf pan.
Bake for 45 - 60 minutes depending on the size of your loaf pan. Bake until golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean.
Cool for 5 minutes and loosen and remove from the pan. Let rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing.
