Chicken breast with lemon

Ingredients
1 chicken breast, skin and boneless40 grs (abt 2-3 tbps) whole grain flour1 dash black pepper1 tsp salt1 parsley spring1 garlic clove8 oz red wine4 oz lemon juice2 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Cut the chicken into thin-regular slices. Crush the garlic along with the pepper, parsley and salt. Add the mixture to the chicken as season. Add the flour so that the chicken slices are all covered by a thin layer. Warm the oil on a skillet and when hot, fry the chicken until slightly brown. Set apart over a paper towel to absorb excess oil. On the same skillet, add the wine and let reduce for 1-2 minutes. Then add the lemon juice and let boil at medium power for 2 minutes. Add the chicken and let cook until the sauce becomes thick at low power.
