Ingredients
1 cup Lactaid Fat Free Milk1 cup frozen blueberries, unsweetened1/2 Med. Banana1 tbsp Peanut Butter
Directions
In blender (or bullet) pour in Fat Free Milk, then blueberries, add the banana and peanut butter. Blend until smooth, or as desired.
