1/2 cup frozen blueberries1/2 banana1/2 medium orange (peeled)1/2 cup nonfat milk (or unsweetened soy milk)1 cup packed, cleaned fresh spinach
Put all ingredients in blender on "puree" or high setting until smooth and enjoy!
Makes one 14 oz serving.
Optional: add one tbsp ground flax to really boost the fiber!
