Ingredients
Mushroom, prosciutto, onion, oil, pasta
Directions
dice the prosciutto and the onion. Put in a pan with the oil and saute. Add the sliced mushroom, cover and cook till the mushroom are tender. meanwhile bring a pot of water to boil and when boiling add the pasta. Cook the pasta according to the box direction. Drain and mix with the prosciutto sauce. Add parmesan cheese if you like. Makes 2 servings
