Ingredients
4 medium potato, sliced thinly1 medium onion, sliced thinly2-3 carrots, sliced thinly1/2 cup frozen or canned peas1 lb ground beef, browned slightlySalt and Pepper to taste1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
Directions
In a casserole dish, layer ingredients in the order listed.
Bake covered at 350 for 1 1/2 hours.
(Add cheese before layering on ground beef for a more kid friendly recipe)
