This recipe was great!!!!! The frozen tilapia I brought like some others wasn't large enough to roll so I layered it. Still turned out wonderful. I also used imitation crab, add fresh red pepper w/onion and celery. Thank you so much for this wonderful recipe!!!! I will add it to my collection!!! - 8/15/11

Instead of using crab, I substituted salad shrip and crawfish tails. Served it at a formal chhurch dinner Saturday night. Everyone loved it. Seved some leftovers at a potluck lunchion today, same church and I had many people complimenting and requesting the receipe. Will make again!!! - 6/29/08

Made this tonight and it was awesome. DH loved it so much he said he wants this once a week! As with others, my fillets were to small to roll, so I just put the stuffing on top and cooked it like that. Also I didn't have parsley and still tasted great!! Will definitly make again...and again! - 3/19/08

I used only 2 TB butter to cut fat and used a touch of skim milk to bind it all together. I used imitation crab as I did not have any canned crab and it was great. I also used Old Bay seasoning which is a must in any fish recipe. We all loved it and didn't miss the butter and saved some calories! - 6/12/07

Love it! came out really good!!! I used imatation crab meat instead of canned. I also used Pam butter flavor spray instead of butter to drizzle on top and it came out really good and had a good crunch to it. I was able to half roll the fillets and rolled them back to back to keep in place! love it!! - 2/7/12
