Cabbage Soup

Ingredients
1-large head of cabbage chopped in chunks1-large onion chopped in chunks1-medium summer squash sliced thin1-medium zucchini sliced thin3-cloves of garlic1-Jalapeno peppers3-4 stalks to celery sliced thin5-6 carrots sliced thin2-leeks sliced thinly1-can of tomato puree (organic)1-organic vegetable broth3-large cans of tomatos
Directions
Prepare all vegtables and put in stock pot.
Add the container of vegetable broth, you may also use organic chicken broth if you prefer.
Add tomatos after crushing by hand and all juice to the stock pot (home canned tomatos are great)

Season to taste with the following spices.
cracked pepper
crushed red pepper
fresh parsley, basil, chives
