Tuna Melts

Ingredients
3 small cans Tuna in Water7 Reduced Fat American Cheese Slices1/3 c celery finely chopped1/4 c onion finely chopped1/4 c green pepper (optional)14 slices of your choice of bread (I used Nature's Own Butter Bread in this calculation)I can't believe its not butter spray
Directions
Combine tuna, cream cheese, celery, onion and green pepper in a medium size mixing bowl. Mix well. Spread mixture on one buttered bread slice add one slice of cheese cover with second slice of bread. Grill on heated griddle or pan. Serve with your choice of chips. Makes 7 servings.
