Baked Salmon Patties

Ingredients
1 can of Pink Salmon drained and rinsed2/3 cup of Italian style bread crumbs1/4 cup of egg beaters
Directions
pre heat oven to 350

mix all ingredients in a mixing bowl until mixture sticks together. Seperate into 8 servings/ patties the size of your palm roughly. Place on a baking sheet sprayed with no stick spray. Bake for 15 min or until golden brown on top. Makes 8 servings.

    This was a tasty as a lower calorie alternative to my old recipe. I baked the portions in a muffin tin for 20-25 minutes and served it with Taboule Salad. My husband (who has had a head cold) enjoyed it. We will definitely use your recipe again! Thanks for sharing....feathergirl - 2/20/10
