1lb of ground beef1 container (15 oz) ricotta cheese fat-free1 pkg (2 cup) 2% reduced fat mozzarella cheese1 container (3 cup) traditional ragu spaghetti sauce9 pieces of Ronzoni whole wheat lasagna pasta
Brown ground beef.
Drain grease and add tomato sauce. Cook to a simmer.
Mix ricotta cheese and half of mozzarella cheese.
Put 1/2 cup of tomato/beef mixture.
Lay one layer of UNCOOKED pasta on top of sauce.
Cover pasta with 1/2 of remaining tomato sauce.
spread 1/2 of cheese mixture over tomato sauce.
Lay one layer of UNCOOKED pasta on top of cheese mixture.
Cover pasta with remaining tomato sauce.
Spread remainder of cheese mixture on top of tomato sauce.
Sprinkle remaining mozzarella cheese on top.
Cover with foil and bake at 350 degrees for 45 min.
Remove foil and cook for another 10 min.
After cooking let set for 10 min and serve.
Serving size is 8 pieces.
