Bran Muffins

Ingredients
2 cup flour2 cup bran.75 cup sugar2 tsp baking powder.5 tbsp baking soda1 tsp salt1 cup cold coffee1 cup 1 % milk3 eggs.75 cup canola oil1 tsp vanilla2 cups raisins
Directions
1. Grease medium sized muffin tins.

2. Mix dry ingredients well in a large bowl. Make a well in the center and add the remaining ingredients.

3. Mix well and refrigerate 8-10 hours.

4. Spoon ⅔ full and bake in 350 degrees oven.
