Salmon Spinach Salad

Ingredients
3 oz. Grilled Salmon4 cups raw spinach2 Tbsp picante sauce
Directions
Grill salmon 5 min on each side or until done. (Broil or use leftovers, too)

Rinse spinach and tear into bite-sized pieces. Put into bowl. Flake cooked salmon and add to bowl. Add picante and toss.

Serves one.
