Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:1.75 cup- Whole Wheat Flour1 tsp - Baking Soda1/2 tsp - Baking Powder1/4 tsp - Salt1/2 cup - sugarWet Ingredients:1/2 cup - Applesauce Unsweetened1 tsp - Vanilla Extract1.5 4oz Containers Danny Light N' Fit Strawberry Yogurt2 tbsp - Sugar Free Strawberry PerservesOther Ingredients:1/2 Cup - Sliced Strawberries. (chop finely after measuring!!)
Directions
Grease (12) 2.5" muffin tins.

Combine dry ingredients in a bowl. Combine wet ingredients in a second bowl. Add wet ingredients to dry, stirring until just moist. Fold in strawberries gently.

Bake at 400 degrees for 18 minutes or until tops are browned.

Makes 12 Muffins. 1 Muffin = 1 Serving
