Cinnamon Roasted Almonds - no sugar added

Ingredients
2 large egg whites2 teaspoon tap water8 cups of whole Almonds1/2 cup of Splenda Sugar Blend for Baking1/2 teaspoon of salt1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
Directions
50 (3 oz.) servings
1) Preheat oven to 250 degrees F (120 degrees C). Lightly a large ovenproof pan.
2) Lightly beat the egg white; add water, and beat until frothy but not stiff.
3) Add the nuts, and stir until well coated.
4) Combine the Splenda, salt, and cinnamon, and sprinkle over the nuts. Toss to coat, and spread evenly on the prepared pan.
Bake for 1 hour in the preheated oven, stirring occasionally 9about every 15 minutes), until golden. Allow to cool, then store nuts in airtight containers.
