Max's Shrimp and Linguine Dinner

Ingredients
Trader Joe's Garlic & Basil Linguine, 3 serving Shrimp, raw, 30 large Onions, raw, .5 cup, chopped Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, .5 cup Mushrooms, fresh, 1 cup, pieces or slices Stewed Tomatoes, .5 cup*Pam Original Canola Cooking Spray, 1 second spray, 3 serving Honey, 1 tbsp Butter, salted, 1 tbsp saltpeppergarlicbasil
Directions
Boil water for the linguine.

At the same time, cover bottom of non-stick skillet with 3 Pam spays. Brown onion, garlic, basil and sweet peppers finelly chopped. When brown, add shrimp, and mushrooms also chopped. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Add stewed tomatoes finelly chopped. Simmer.

Put the linguine in the pot and bring to "al dente".

In the last 2 minutes of cooking, drizle the honey in the shrimp and add the butter.

Drain the pasta and immediately cover with the shrimp.

Serve with parmesan shavings, a green salad and a deep Chianti.
