Ellie's White Bean Dip

Ingredients
1.5 cups white beans, drained & rinsed 2 TB roasted garlic*3 TB Olive oil3 TB lemon juice1/4 cup dealcoholized white winesaltpepperOR seasoning of preference
Directions
Combine all ingredients in food processor and puree. Store in an airtight container for several hours to meld flavors.

*Slice ends off of 1 garlic bulb. Wrap garlic in foil and roast at 375 F for approximately 40 minutes. When cooled to touch, remove from wrapper and squeeze out the pulp.
