Beef Brisket 3 lbs2 medium onions, slicedsalt/pepper to tasteFiorela Jack stack BBQ Sauce
Trim fat from meat. Season with salt/pepper. Place sliced onions in the bottom of the crock pot and place brisket on top. You may need to cut brisket in half to fit. Add 1/2 cup of bbq sauce and turn meat over to coat. Cover and cook for 9 hours on low or high for 6 hours. Remove meat after cooking and slice the brisket across the grain. Place it on the platter and discard any fat. Cover with remaining bbq sauce and let sit for 10 mins. Serve with or without your choice of buns. Enjoy!
