Broiled Haddock Fillets

Ingredients
1 pound haddock fillet1 T. olive oil1/4 cup mayonnaise (Kraft fat free mayo is used here)1 T. dijon style mustard.3 T. grated parmesan cheesepepper
Directions
Place fillets on lightly greased broiler pan
Brush fillets lightly with oil
Combine mayonnaise, mustard, and parmesan cheese
Spread on fillets
Broil 4" from heat approximately 10 minutes per inch of thickness or until fish is close to point of flakiness.
