Fiber One Fruit and Yogurt Parfait

Ingredients
(1) 8 oz Lowfat Yogurt (can use any flavor, but I prefer Meijer Lowfat Pineapple,Orange Banana)1/2 Cup Mandarin Oranges (no sugar added if available)1/4 Cup Fiber One Cereal
Directions
Mix all 3 ingredients together and serve. Caloric content varies depending on yogurt and oranges. This has fewer calories if you can find oranges without sugar added and if you use reduced calorie yogurt.
