1 cup dry lentils2 cans diced tomatoes4 cups water2 cloves garliccurry powdersalt
Directions
Combine all ingredients. Season to taste. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer for 20-30 minutes until lentils are desired tenderness.
