Two-minute Honey Mustard Salad Dressing

Directions
1/2 cup honey2 tablespoons dijon mustard1/4 cup lemon juice1 tablespoons olive oil2 tsp poppy seeds or sesame seeds (optional; included in calorie count)
Place all the ingredients in a small jar and shake until mixed. Stays good tightly-sealed in the fridge for at least a month. Shake before measuring out onto your salad-- each serving is one tablespoon.
Note: the poppy seeds are a really good addition because they let me see which parts of my salad have been touched by dressing and which parts haven't!
Makes 15 one-tablespoon servings.
