Apple rhubarb Compote

Ingredients
Apple (250 g)Rhubarb (125 g)Cinnamon 1tsp
Directions
Peel and chop up the apples and rhubarb.
Put water into a saucepan together with the chopped up apples and rhubarb,and bring them to a boil.
Boil them until soft and mashy.
Add the cinnamon and mash them up together.
Enjoy your dessert!!

    It sounds extremely sour to me, I think I would add some sweetener to it. Otherwise it sounds like a good dessert. - 6/15/07
