Seafood Newburg

Ingredients
1 can Cream of Shrimp Soup1 1/2 cup Milk, 2%4 fl oz. Sherry, dry, 4 fl. oz1/2 t. Nutmeg, ground1 T. Lemon juice3/4 c. fat free cheddar cheese1/2 c. egg substitute, liquid2 T. Butter, salted1/2 t. *Old Bay Seasoning4 oz. Scallops, raw4 pc. **Imitation Crab Meat1 c. *aldi imitation lobster
Directions
Yield is 6 2/3-c. servings.

In a large saucepan, add all ingredients and stir well. Heat until boiling, then simmer for 30 minutes, stirring often.
Prepare rice or noodles while newburg is simmering.
Adjust seasoning to taste. Serve while hot.
Serve over rice or noodles.

NOTE: Nutrition calculations do not include rice or noodles.
NOTE: To decrease cals, decrease sherry to 1 T. , use low fat milk, decrease cheese, decrease butter and/or halve the amounts of seafood.
