My family even loved them and they don't like "healthy" food. I used 1 tsp. of baking powder, could have used just a bit more. I used 1/2 TBSP brown sugar. I also added a dash of cinnamon. - 4/4/09

Watch out for the brown sugar...I think you put in 1/2 a Tbsp. They were a very nice consistency and very tasty! - 9/8/08

Love this simple, low cal recipe. I ended up using a whole medium banana I pulled out of the freezer. Added about 1/8 tsp of apple pie spice and subbed almond milk. So Good! Thank you - 12/2/17

These are fantastic. Easy to put together with ingredients on hand, no "fake" ingredients or sugars, yet still low cal. I was concerned about the low sugar making them less sweet than we're used to, but my son didn't notice. He doesn't like syrup. Added blueberries. Yum! Going in my recipe box! - 9/9/12

These taste good and I appreciated the fruit subs for vegetable oil or fat in recipe. My only problem is that these are very delicate and harder for me to flip without tearing the pancake (which may just be my personal issue). Thanks for the ideas. - 3/18/12

Very simple to make, and tasty to boot! I used a scant 1/4 cup for each pancake, and it made far more than 10 - I think it was 16! The batter was quite thin, but they tasted unbelievable! Thank you for sharing this one! - 11/14/11

This recipe is a true winner. I gave up eating pancakes because of the calories & because they all seemed so unhealthy. The healthy pancakes tasted terrible! Except for these. You do have to watch them carefully as they burn quite easily. Loved this awesome recipe, thanks so much for sharing it. - 5/12/11
