Lemon Butter Salmon

Ingredients
2 4 oz. Salmon fillets2Tbsp light margarine3 Tbsp lemon juice1/2 tsp garlic powder1 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
Makes 2 servings.
Add everything to pan, cook covered for 6 minutes, flip fish, recover. Cook for 2 minutes covered. Uncover and cook 4 more minutes or until fish is done.
