Banana Sultana Bran Muffin

240g (3 small) Bananas2 egg whites125ml (1/2 cup) skimmed milk1 tbsp oil100g (1.5 cups) Kellogs Sultana Bran150 (1 cup) flour50g (1.8oz) chopped pecans2 tsp baking powder1/4 tsp baking soda1 tsp mixed spice
Preheat oven to 180/350 degrees and line muffin tin with 12 paper cups.
Mash bananas and add egg whites, oil and milk.
Add Sultana Bran and leave for 10 minutes.
In another bowl, combine flour, baking powder, baking soda, chopped pecans and mixed spice.
Add dry mixture to wet mixtre and briefly stir.
Spoon a tablespoon of mixture into each muffin cup.
Bake for 25 minutes.
