WW Pasta Salad

Ingredients
8 oz. whole wheat pasta, 1/2 c. walnut pieces, feta and diced red onion, 1 1/2 c. chopped spinach, 2 tbls. oil, 2 tbls. red wine vinegar, 1 clove minced garlic, 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard, salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta, drain, rinse in cold water, put in fridge. Saute walnuts in dry skillet, chop. Mix pasta, nuts, feta, onion and spinach in large bowl. Whisk together oil, vinegar, garlic and mustard. Pour over salad.
