Directions
Thaw shrimp and crab meat

In small sauce pan cook 1/4 cup of rice then set aside

over medium high heat. Spray Wok with pam then add veggies stirring continuously until slightly crisp add thawed shrimp and crab meat stirring until heated through. Add rice stir until blended add Szechuan Sauce
