Bowtie Pasta and Veggie Primavera

Ingredients
Olive Oil, 2 tbsp Garlic, 2 cloves Onions, raw, .5 cup, sliced Green Peppers (bell peppers), .5 cup, strips Mushrooms, fresh, 2 large Carrots, raw, .5 cup, strips or slices Broccoli, fresh, 2 spear Pasta, Bowtie, Uncooked (Barilla), 2 oz
Directions
Cook the pasta as directed on the box , saving 1/2 cup of the water when you drain it. Place Oil and Garlic in saute pan and heat up . Add Veggies and cook crisp tender. Add Water from the pasta and cooked pasta to the pan heat thru. Serve as one large dish or Two depending on number of people and how hungry you are.

    This was good, but a little bland. I'll make it again, but will probably cut down on the olive oil and add a little grated cheese - pecorino or romano. Thanks for sharing! - 5/24/10
