4 bunches broccoli crowns (10 cups florets)1/4 cup olive oil1 T lemon juice1 clove garlic, minced
Cut broccoli crowns into florets. Put broccoli florets into a roasting pan. Whisk together olive oil, lemon juice and garlic. Pour over broccoli. Roast at 450 degrees for 20 minutes. Makes 6-1 cup servings
