1/3 cup quick oats1-1.5 scoops vanilla whey (depending on your specific diet requirements)2 tbsp pure pumpkin1 egg white1/2 tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1-2 pkgs splenda, to taste
Blend all ingredients in a blender and then cook in a skillet on medium heat as you would regular pancakes. You can also use sugar free syrup to top them off! Makes about 3 medium pancakes.
