Greg's Mackerel Patties

Ingredients
1, 15 oz can of mackerel 1, Large egg1/4 Cup of bread crumbs1/4 cup minced onions1 tbsp salt1/4 tsp Black pepper1, Wedge of lemon3 tbsp of olive oil
Directions
In a bowl, mix mackeral with eggs, onions, salt, pepper, bread crumbs, and add lemon juice and stir in mixture. Should be like meat loaf if it is to dry add a little juice from the can. Than make 4 large patties. Add olive oil to sauce pan.
