Pineapple Shrimp stir-fry

2 green onions8 ounces fresh or thawed raw large shrimp (peeled, tail off)8 ounces fresh or thawed frozen pineapple chunks2 tablespoons teriyaki sauce1 tablespoon toasted sesame seeds1/2 tablespoon olive oil

Chop green onions. Place in large, zip-top bag with shrimp, pineapple, teriyaki sauce and sesame seeds. Seal bag and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, up to overnight.
Heat oil in a large skillet or wok over high heat. Carefully (to avoid hot oil splatters) add contents of bag to skillet.
Stir-fry until shrimp is pink and cooked through, 2-3 minutes. Serve immediately.
