Grilled Portobello's With Tomato, Basil & Mozzarella

4 Large Portobello Mushroom Caps1 Cup diced tomato1/2 cup diced fresh mozzarella cheese1/4 cup chopped fresh basil2 tablespoons olive oil
Directions
Mix chopped tomato, basil mozzarella with olive oil in bowl and let sit for 1 hour, covered in fridge. Grill mushroom caps and top with tomato mixture.
