Cuban Style Salmon

Ingredients
8 oz salmon, trimmed of skin2 limes2 tbsp fresh cilantro1 red chili pepper, minced (remove seeds and hull)2 cloves garlic, minced1 tbsp olive oil
Directions
Marinate salmon for at least 30 min flipping after 15 min (I used coho, but any fillet will do).
Heat oil in pan over medium-high heat.
Pan sear fillet and all leftover marinade.
Serve with black beans and rice.
