Vegetable Congealed Salad

Ingredients
1 package of Lime Jello (or any flavor you would prefer)1 Cup Low Fat Cottage Cheese1 Cup Sliced or Grated Fresh Carrots
Directions
Follow the instructions on the Jello package. After you have added the cold water (i use ice cubes to shorten the cooling time down) add your cottage cheese & carrots. Slowly stir for about 1 minute. Pour into a pan & Chill.
