What you need: 3/4 cup milk, 1/4 cup orange juice, 1/4 cup low fat yogurt (plain or vanilla), 1 banana, 1 scoop of whey protien. Combine these ingrdients and blend until smooth. Optional: sunflower seeds, pineapple, peanut butter, flax seed.
