Milk, nonfat, .06 cup *Salt, Redmond Real Salt Sea Salt (1/4 tsp.), *chilli pepper or crushed pepper, .25 tsp *Garlic Powder, .25 tsp*Hot sauce - Frank's Hot Sauce, .25 tsp *Lemon Juice, 5 mL Trident Cod Fillets, 6 oz Plain Bread Crumbs, 0.125 cup Olive Oil, .50 tbsp
Preheat oven to 475 degrees.
Wipe fillets with lemon juice and pat dry.
Combine milk, hot sauce set aside.
Combine pepper, salt, garlic powder and bread crumbs and put on a plate.
Dredge fillets briefly in milk mixture.
Remove and coat fillets on both sides with the crumbs mixture.
Place in a lightly oiled shallow baking dish.
Bake for 20 minutes on middle rack in oven.
