curried tuna salad

Ingredients
1 can Chunk light albacore tuna packed in water1/2 cup Hellman's light mayonnaise1/2 cup Low Fat Sour CreamJuice of 1/2 a lemon1 Apple, diced1 cup diced celery1/4 cup Walnuts, coarsly chopped1 Tbsp. Curry Powdersalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Simply mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Chill for an hour or more to blend flavors. Serve with crackers, in a lettuce leaf, or in a low card flour or whole wheat tortilla.
