Ben's Favorite Pumpkin Bread

Ingredients
3 cups sugar1 cup oil (I calculated calories using olive oil)4 eggs1 1/2 tsp salt2 tsp baking soda3 tsp cinnamon3 tsp nutmeg1/2 tsp cloves3 1/3 cups flour2/3 cup water2 cups pumpkin (one small can)
Directions
Mix first 3 ingredients together. In second bowl mix dry ingredients. Blend the dry ingredients into the wet mixture adding the water and pumpkin. Pour into 3 greased loaf pans. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour. (you can add 1 cup of nuts, but my family doesn't like ti that way, so you'll have to add those calories) I calculated nutrition info figuring that we would get 10 slices of bread per loaf, but this may change depending on how you slice it (we have 5 people in our family so 2 slices per person worked for us)
