Ingredients
1 bunch of Kale1 Tbsp. Olive oilsSalt to taste
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 350.
Take parchment and cut to fit a baking sheet.
Clean and remove thick stem from kale. I just tear rather than using a knife. Get the salad spinner out or make sure the kale is quiet dry with paper towels.
Drizzle kale with oil and sprinkle with salt. Get your hands in the mix to evenly incorporate the oil and salt.
Lay them out on the baking sheet and Roast until slightly brown and clearly crunchy. Cool and enjoy!

I found that if I lowered the oven temp to 275 degrees, and let them stay in a little longer, they don't get burned as easily. I also made them with pizza seasoning and garlic salt -Too good to stop! - 4/10/11

I made these with Jalapeno infused Olive Oil and added 1/2 Teaspoon of Italian spice vinegar and used Fat Free Cheese seasoning instead of salt. It was hard to eat only a single portion, they are addicting! - 1/19/11

I couldn't believe how good these were! Total Yum! I also tried it with "I can't believe it's not butter" spray with garlic and onion powder and Mrs. Dash-another total Yum! - 5/15/11

My version is to use Spicy Toasted Sesame oil. A splash of low sodium soy sauce, garlic powder, and sesame seeds. TOTALLY ADDICTED! I just bought 2 bags of Kale at Trader Joe's just for this purpose! - 2/8/12

These are AWESOME! Go very easy on the salt! The kale shrinks quite a bit - 10/22/11

These are my favorite snack! I use a little garlic powder and sometimes chipotle powder and reduce the salt to make them lower sodium. Still yummy! - 1/10/11

Today is my second time making them in the toaster oven. They come out good. And my family won't given them a try, so whenever I make them they will be all mine. Gotta love having a healthy snack only you will eat in the house. - 6/21/13

An owner of a local healthy cafe makes them and told me this exact recipe. I can't believe how good this. And after reading about the jalapeno infused Olive Oil, I have a few thoughts about a lot more infusing. I also added a slight dusting of parmesan/romano cheese over the kale. Thanks - 11/5/11

I was really surprised by how much I enjoyed these! They have a very delicate crispiness! My entire household is picky (ages 3, 14, 25, and 42), and everyone ate them up! - 2/14/11

Was really good! I set my oven temp to 275 also, as someone in the comments suggested, and I baked for about 30 minutes. In addition to the olive oil, I used generous amounts of black and red pepper, garlic powder, cumin, and salt. So delicious! - 7/19/16
